The aim of this workshop is to consider the results of the recent Resolution Online Survey relating to family lawyers ‘experiences of how the family court has interpreted Finding of Fact private law cases since the landmark case of H v N [2021] EWCA Civ 448 .There will also be an in depth look as to practical scenarios as to when a Finding of Fact hearing is appropriate/not appropriate and the evidence a lawyer working in this area of law will need to evaluate when progressing a case.
