Invited Presenter Session

Information

Who do you turn to when you encounter sensitive and pressing workplace situations, especially when you need an external perspective? Campus leaders benefit from having a personal leadership council of colleagues with similar roles and experiences, but who aren’t part of your organization.

External mastermind groups, advisory boards, or trusted-colleague groups are a key way to stay grounded, test new ideas, and establish mutual support. In our session, you’ll learn about four leadership-council models, how they work, and how to create your own or find a trusted one to join.
