Women in Data Science

This panel celebrates women's role in advancing High-Performance Computing (HPC) and data science, focusing on the accelerants and the challenges that brought them to their leadership positions. Our speakers will explore the impact of women in science and technology overall, and how HPC and data science helped them push the boundaries of innovation in their respective fields. Featuring four leaders at various career stages and from different regions, the panel will tackle issues of diversity and inclusion for women in today’s fast-paced workforce, and examine women's influence on enhancing productivity, creativity, problem-solving, and scientific achievement. The conversation will also offer practical approaches for organizations in nurturing a diverse talent pool, fostering collaboration, retention, and empowerment strategies.
