Information

The demand of high-performance computing will not wane but increase in the future as it is an indispensable for accelerating science, engineering, and AI technologies. We are now in the Exascale era, but now it is time to consider architecture, system software, and applications for next-generation supercomputer systems beyond exascale. There are many technical challenges towards development of next generation systems as we are now facing the end of Moore's law. Hence, we have conducted a feasibility study project for next-generation supercomputing infrastructures. In this talk, we introduce an overview and the recent status of our feasibility study while glance at what the next generation supercomputer systems look like.
