Building data-driven scientific workflows with machine learning and HPC applications

Driven by the significantly increased computing power and the huge data generated every day, big data-driven science has become the fourth science paradigm. Utilizing the machine learning approaches to solve problems in HPC applications is increasing rapidly and brings new challenges to the scientific workflows. In this representation, we elaborate on different achievement to combine machine learning methods and HPC application in typical scientific workflows.
