HSRAA24 is the 2024 Annual Conference of the Health Sciences Records and Archives Association (HSRAA). Formerly known as the Scientific Archivists Group, the HSRAA has evolved to more accurately reflect the workings of all members and partners of the Association. This change in name in 2018 has been the cornerstone of a number of exciting developments designed to raise the profile of both the Association and our sector. Now in its 43rd year, the HSRAA has a membership and conference attendee list that includes practising records and information managers, archivists, document administrators, quality managers and other related professionals across all areas of the biopharmaceutical industry and other life sciences. The membership of HSRAA also includes the supplier community e.g. consultants, EDRM/ECM vendors and integrators, record storage specialists, disaster recovery and business continuity specialists, and other service providers. The overarching aims of the HSRAA are to: Raise the profile of records management and archiving as business-critical activities; Improve the professional competencies of records managers and archivists; Encourage the consistent interpretation of pertinent laws, regulations and guidance; Influence the regulatory environment.
