Ulysses is a Software development and service-based company, providing a portfolio of software products aimed at Risk Management, Governance and Performance Monitoring. We have our systems installed in some of the largest NHS Trusts in the UK, as well as many smaller independent healthcare organisations and charities

Ulysses has been established within the Risk Management markets for over twenty years and has experience of implementing systems, including those with data imports where management of change is involved. We also support organisations to adapt their systems to the changing healthcare environment and structures, and changing needs. We have strong links with associated agencies and have worked closely with NHS England for reporting to Learning from Patient Safety Events (LFPSE), and supporting the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework. Most of our customers are now live reporting to LFPSE.

Ulysses is committed to meeting Government reporting and information requirements. The links that we have with Government Organisations and customers enable Ulysses to respond quickly to new legislative requirements. We also listen and respond to our customers to ensure that their needs are met. We encourage the exchange of ideas and information between us and our customers and where appropriate build this into software development plans.

Ulysses implements, trains and supports organisations whether starting to use a Risk Management system for the first time, or moving from other software providers.
