Gaining productive, efficient and collaborative strategies to optimise system working and service delivery  As system leaders continue to tackle the challenges in balancing financial constraint, workforce wellbeing and productivity, collaborative accountability and overall system performance amid an upcoming change in government, identifying practical solutions that derive tangible long term benefits are imperative for success.
