Monday, October 26, 2020 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM · 1 hr. (Africa/Abidjan)
Information
Many initiatives waste resources because they are developed in silos without an overall understanding of how ecosystem stakeholders can collaborate to deliver on national development priorities.
Ecosystem stakeholders (the public sector, to academia, financiers, entrepreneurial support organizations and the private sector) need to be aligned to support innovators on the journey and in the changing environment. This session will provide insights on how we can build a culture of trust and collaboration.
Key questions
- Who are the stakeholders, and what are their challenges in collaborating?
- Are there governance models and principles to accelerate collaboration and trust?
- What good practices can we use to build trust and stakeholder collaboration?
