Information

Health care can be a stressful environment with 24/7 operations, a changing landscape, not enough minutes in the day – and this stressful environment has been exacerbated by the events of 2020. The convergence of stressors has a big impact on individuals, families, colleagues, communities, and the sector as a whole.

This session will tackle the complex intersection of anxiety, grief, acceptance, activism, and hope. Attendees will gain knowledge around eco-anxiety, climate grief, and stress disorders, along with strategies for coping. They will also have an opportunity to share their own best practices and strategies in addressing such complexities.
