Panel: Understanding the Role of Centralized Monitoring in Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM)

In this session we’ll have the opportunity to explore the role of Central Monitoring and Central Monitors within the wider remit of RBQM. Within the panel, we’re lucky to have 3 representatives from industry that have all been leading lights within their own organisations in the establishment of central monitoring capabilities. We’ll have the opportunity to chat and learn from them directly. Where have the successes been? Where are the potential challenges and ways to navigate around them? This session is an excellent opportunity to hear and interact directly with RBQM and Central Monitoring thought leaders.
