Established in 2019 by the Suquamish Tribe, PMCC specializes in site preparation and other heavy and civil engineering construction. A subsidiary sister concern of PME Construction. In addition to self perform civil and demolition services, PMCC provides general contracting and project management services. 70% of civil construction activities are self-performed. Our experience in Federal Government contracting allows us to provide value-added solutions to the most complex projects.
