The gap between the frontier and the enterprise isn't capability, it's trust. At 1:1, trust is implicit and non-transferable: you are the builder, the user, the owner, and the reviewer, so authority is unified and nothing has to be proven to anyone. The enterprise is N:M and runs on transferable trust; the ability to rely on something without a personal relationship to its creator, and agents haven't earned that yet. Every control we trust is a threat in disguise, and a threat needs a target that can lose something. You can fire a person. You cannot fire an agent. Delete it and an identical one starts tomorrow with no memory of the offence.
