In fishing, we specialize in frozen jack mackerel, sourced from MSC-certified fisheries that ensure sustainable and responsible practices with the marine ecosystem. In addition to frozen fish, we produce fish meal and fish oil, intended for both human and animal consumption, maintaining high nutritional standards. We work closely with artisanal fishing, which represents 60% of our processed volume.
In aquaculture, we cultivate world-class Atlantic salmon in the cold waters of Chilean Patagonia, with ASC and BAP certifications that endorse our commitment to sustainability and quality. Our premium brand, Laguna Blanca, reflects our innovation and commitment to sustainability, offering salmon farmed without the use of antibiotics at any stage of production, ensuring a product of the highest quality with a responsible approach to the environment.
