Additionally, SMR Forum Inc. reserves the right to use all material captured or recorded during the event for promotional purposes.

By purchasing a ticket and entering the event premises, you agree to be filmed, photographed, and recorded. You also grant SMR Forum Inc. and its partners the right to use any material captured during the event for promotional purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, and without compensation.
