Information
6steps is a dance piece that uses six steps as part of its choreography, seeking to function as a platform connecting the performing arts and the general public. Founded by Reina Kimura, a choreographer and dancer, 6steps has been active since 2020 with dancers, web engineers, observers, artists, and producers. Through our performances choreographed and directed by Reina Kimura and those directed by the artists we invited (performed on Dec 6-7 at ST Spot as part of YPAM Fringe 2023), and the "6steps" series, which opened up a multifaceted space, time, and choreography, we have been spending time with various people and searching for our dance. Though the steps we have taken are small, we would like to introduce our practices since 2020.
