MOTION LAB

Friddtjof Gustavs is a serial entrepreneur who studied Economics at the TU Berlin and headed FaSTTUBe - the Formula Student Team at the TU Berlin.

He then, together with his co-founders Christoph Neye and Chris Iwasjuta went on to found MotionLab.Berlin in 2017. The big goal of MotionLab. Berlin is to create an ecosystem in which hardtech start-ups can become as successful as the biggest digital start-ups of our time.

With access to knowledge & machines, industry experts and investors, MotionLab.

Berlin offers the perfect infrastructure to accompany its members from idea to series production. It is during this time that he realised that many aspiring hardtech founders lack industry specific knowledge and tools to execute their ideas. As a result, in 2018, he and his co-founder Rene Giese founded the Berlin-Tech-Academy - a learning platform which allows everyone to learn how to use the right methods and tools to accelerate their hardware company development.
