The Water Quality Inspector solution has been developed to help reduce the four key performance indicators related to water quality that are strategic to water utilities: 1. Reduce compliance risk index (CRI) 2. Reduce event risk index (ERI) 3. Reduce contacts from customer about the appearance of their water 4. Reduce contacts from customers about the taste and smell of their water. This is achieved by connecting Service Reservoirs to the Siemens cloud based platform, using data analytics to provide insight that will reduce the cost of compliance/SR failures, improve efficiency of cleaning regimes, reduce downtime and reduce customer contact rates.
