Systems Serology is a suite of high-throughput functional and biophysical assays linked to machine learning algorithms with roots in systems biology that defines the specific characteristics of the most protective humoral immune responses in polyclonal pools of antibodies. Together, the functional and biophysical profiles provide an unprecedented depth of resolution of qualitative differences in antiviral immunity among different patient groups.
