Wordnerds helps brands improve their products and services by identifying "Third Level Insight " in passenger text (social, surveys, complaints, reviews etc.). Eg:
- 1st level: It's a complaint about masks - not actionable
- 2nd level: It's a complaint about masks not being worn, amidst a packed train - not actionable
- 3rd level: It's a complaint about masks not being worn on the 12.15, leaving from KGX - actionable!
Other text analytics tools can't do this because they are approaching text analysis as a purely data science problem. It would take too long to train AI models to listen for all of the possible issues a brand could experience.
Wordnerds can do this because we use a unique combination of cutting edge AI and old-school linguistics to teach computers to understand the meaning behind the words. This allows our customers to:
1. Uncover the key trends in any free text data set without having to train AI or know what they're looking for (unknown unknowns)
2. Train their own AI to listen for things they care about, even when people are using wildly different vocabulary to articulate it (known unknowns)
