Venue: SEC Centre – The Scottish Exhibition Campus Centre, Exhibition Way, Glasgow G3 8YW, UK
Registration Desk & Member Lounge
You may pick up your registration package and member badge from the Registration Desk in Hall 1 on the ground floor during open hours:
- Monday, November 28: 11:00 AM–6:30 PM
- Tuesday, November 29: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday, November 30: 9:00 AM–6:30 PM
- Thursday, December 1: 9:30 AM–3:30 PM
You must wear your member badge at all times, including to evening social events. Without it, you may be refused entry. Social events are reserved for registered members only.
The Member Lounge is also located in Hall 1, with additional meeting space available in the Mezzanine (upper level, outside Carron Room) on November 29 and 30.
COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY
Vaccinations: We require all members to have received at least two vaccinations approved by the World Health Organization (WHO) against COVID-19. You may be asked for proof of vaccination either prior or at the event. We will continue to monitor and update our COVID protocols as needed.
Masks: We are mindful that some members in our community are immuno-compromised or are at high risk for COVID-19. We strongly encourage all members to wear masks during the event, especially if they are feeling unwell unless eating or drinking.
