The first episode of this collection will bring the audience face-to-face with the ocean’s most notorious predator: the great white. Scientific data shows signs that this shark has been dethroned as king of the ocean, and that a fiercer predator lurking out there. We then head to the frigid waters of the Northern Atlantic to identify sharks that are reported to be hundreds of years old. Are Greenland sharks really 400 years old? In the second episode, viewers will head to the great Pacific Ocean to explore the secrets of its most iconic shark species.
