Dedicated to the concept of ‘clever pleasure’, MSP makes ambitious, premium documentary films with innovative visual techniques; history that never feels like homework, science that inspires and astonishes. The company currently produces the multiple award-winning Drain the Oceans series, a global hit for National Geographic Channel that currently airs in 170 countries.
Headed up by Crispin Sadler and Phil Craig, MSP has offices Bristol and Glasgow. As a filmmaker, writer and programme commissioner Phil has set rating records and won multiple awards across three continents. He jointly ran Brook Lapping Productions, was a founding EP at Nutopia, headed the ABC Factual department and was Chief Creative Officer for Discovery International. Crispin boasts 35 years experience in natural history and maritime documentaries, and in 2016 was awarded the Maritime Fellowship Award at the Maritime Media Awards.
