Every biogas plant is unique, but very rarely will one run at full efficiency without the intervention of process additives. FM BioEnergy has a range of products to cover all potential issues you may encounter while operating a digester. These include:
- Trace elements, to ensure optimal conditions for the biology to digest material and reproduce
- Active ingredients for many issues such as ATOX.Scon for H2S and ATOX.Ncon for ammonia inhibition
- Enzymes, to reduce viscosity or decrease retention time required
To run an efficient biogas plant, the operator needs to monitor and control the biological process. Some parameters are controlled by the plant design, while others depend upon feedstock selection or additives.
