SITA’s identity management, cloud and mobile technologies enable the air transport industry to transition to next generation passenger processing.
Passengers have a near walk-through, touchless airport experience using SITA’s biometrics self-service and mobile-enabled platform, SITA Smart Path. This can be deployed at around 500 SITA common-use airports, leveraging existing infrastructure investment and reducing the cost of ‘Your face is your boarding pass’ solutions. SITA has recently announced its most extensive biometric deployment to date and a new completely contactless experience for passengers traveling through Beijing Capital International Airport.
The SITA Flex cloud-based platform enables airlines to move from the traditional queue heavy passenger journey to the digital passenger journey using mobile, self-service and automated solutions on-site and off-site, enabling seamless passenger flow at airports.
