App in the Air

App in the Air is a mobile personal assistant designed for frequent travelers. The app began as a flight tracker but since then we have launched AI-powered air and hotel booking. With over 6 million users and 700,000 monthly active users who are largely unmanaged business travelers, along with being an ARC/IATA accredited agency with points of sale in the US, EU, and the UK, we are a unique, app-based distribution channel for airlines and hotels.

App in the Air is leading innovation in areas such as NDC and Next Generation Storefront (NGS), helping our airline partners improve their customer experience, better differentiate their products, and increase ancillary sales.

The app offers many additional functions, from real-time flight updates to a digital passport within the app and even a carbon-neutral traveler program. We’ve gamified the travel experience to make it seamless and fun

Accolades includes: one of Apple’s Best Apps of 2015, favorite Apple Watch app of 2018, and most recently, the top travel app in the Samsung Galaxy Store.  This year we were selected to participate in IATA’s Accelerate IATA program as well.
