A suite of features allowing to create tailored experiences for each individual user. These features allow to enrich bd4travel’s advanced AI driven models with business rules and starting hypothesis that can get setup by our customers. It includes
An Experience Catalogue that allows entering content, images, messages, and offers;
An Audience Manager that allows defining segments of users with certain characteristics that can get derived from tracking data or from bd4travels predictive classifiers. While our entire solution is targeting each individual user with their own complex set of intent, price sensitivity, interests and stage in the user journey, we thus allow marketeers to still operate with own ideas shaped for an idea of an audience. Unlike other solutions we start with the individual and build out audiences - not the other way round.
A Placement Manager, allowing to define a set of placements on a website for the defined Experiences
A Layout Manager to create specific arrangements of personalized placements
An Experience Manager, tying all of these aforementioned components together and allowing to orchestrate the most relevant experience on specific pages of ID90 or Supported Domains.
