About me

Aleksandar joined Air Serbia in June 2019 to work on improving digital campaigns and automatization and is now working on projects to accelerate the digital transformation in the company.He holds a master’s degree in marketing from Neoma business school and with over 5 years of digital experience in agencies and tourism-travel industry, Aleksandar is keen to explore all things digital and enjoys developing user focused systems.After launching the mobile app, along with the eComm team, he is working on new designs which includes building a new booking engine and online check-in, and reusing the components for the desktop version, completed with a new website. Besides this, he is focused on putting the customer perspective first and implementing out of the box thinking in legacy airline environment.The efforts, combined with a new commercial strategy approach, have so far provided a major switch, as users continue to use Air Serbia online direct channels more than ever.
