Interactive Due Diligence with Al Bsharah

This breakout room is facilitated by Al Bsharah of Interlock Capital.

Gamification of the due diligence process typical to angel groups, investment groups, and some early-stage VCs. 

How to participate: 

1. Join the Interactive Due Diligence Breakout Room of your choice. Each Breakout Room will have a designated Facilitator to help the group through the due diligence process.  
2. Timeline: 

• First 15 minutes - Discuss pitches you just heard using the due diligence checklist. Feel free to ask questions to the Founders in the Live Discussion chat on the right of this session's page. 
• Next 5 minutes - Each Breakout Room will get to ask ONE founder ONE question. Founder will have 3 minutes to answer the question. 
• Last 15 minutes - Your Breakout Room will wrap up discussion and as a group, allocate the $1M monopoly funds. Facilitator is responsible for submitting your groups' allocation.

The startup with the most amount of "monopoly money" wins the WVS Fast Pitch Finals Competition (winner to be announced towards the end of event)!
