In just 12 years, Bianca has upped through the ranks at Alltech since landing a job on the sales floor in 2007, to being appointed as country manager for Mexico earlier this year. “There are no limits for women in the field,” says Bianca. “But we can see more success when women respect their own natural aptitudes.”
