Machine Learning Researcher / Data Scientist - Remote

At Swapcard we are using machine learning, working with large graph datasets to suggest people to meet and talks to attend and more at the many events we support. On the data team you will work to invent and improve our recommender systems. What you'll be doing: Research, develop and improve the machine learning processes and models Be a driving force regarding the data needs of your models Collaborate with engineering, product and cross functional teams to devise optimal machine learning solutions. What you should have: You have a PhD in Machine Learning or 3 years of experience another similar role You are interested in building and improving models for recommender systems You have a strong experience in machine learning, specifically in recommender systems and graph embeddings and strong analytical skills You have excellent communication skills and can speak & write in English Willingness to learn and tackle challenges Highly motivated, goal driven, can-do approach Innovative, entrepreneurial, team player, ability to multi-task.
