As part of Vinted’s Security and Privacy domain, you will be supporting Vinted’s overall data privacy compliance initiatives and member experience. You’ll work towards achieving privacy objectives and our privacy work-streams by taking ownership of the privacy awareness management. You will establish a clear roadmap for privacy targeted and organization-wide awareness training. One of your main responsibilities will be to roll out corporate-wide privacy training to our employees and vendors. As part of this task, you will need to work closely together with the InfoSecurity Awareness Engineer. Also, as part of your role, you will need to collaborate with different teams, like Legal, IT, Engineering, Product to establish an overview of awareness gaps and design tailored training.
In this position, you will:
- Take the lead on establishing privacy-related awareness and education program
- Design data privacy awareness vision and strategy, communicate it to all stakeholders
- Prepare engaging data protection training materials covering main privacy highlights for Vinted employees
- Feel comfortable working in project matrix organisation closely with Security Awareness - Process Engineer to ensure awareness program deliverables and success
- Set data protection awareness KPIs and tracking measures
- In collaboration with members of the Privacy Team, Information Security Governance Team and other stakeholders organize and manage a broad set of privacy awareness activities, including drafting publications, facilitating awareness campaigns, creating timelines and infographics, helping to plan awareness, and educational events
- Foster a culture of privacy awareness and compliance across all units of the organization
- Organize and manage privacy ambassador (champion) programImprove privacy knowledge management across the organization
- Monitor industry best practice and trends for privacy to keep training material relevant and up to date
