WINEMAKING PROCESS: The grapes undergo a cold maceration of one night and then gently pressed. The must ferments at 16°-18° for about 25/30 days. The wine rests in steel tanks for 6/7 months with bâtonnage for stirring settled lees back into wine.
TASTING NOTE: Bright intense straw yellow with golden hints. Fruity notes of apple, pear and intense pineapple. With ageing, nutty tones of walnut and hazelnut with undertone of honey.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Excellent as an apéritif, an ideal pairing with fish or white meat dishes.
