All these caracteristics donate elegance and refinement to the Ripasso, an authentic Prince of Valpolicella's hills.

This was in place prior to any official regulations in Italy, as a sort of organic pioneers.  The attention to eco-sustainibility and to consumers are fundamental values that daily guide our company to completely organic-dedicated choiches.
