We are on Lessini mountains and Monte Baldo, where in the seventies people began to work the land and defend crops without the use of pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilizers. Cheese,
ricotta and yogurt are produced. After over 30 years of work and love for nature, Cà Verde continues to raise sheeps and cows as it has always done, but in a modern facility where
technology, experience and sensitivity of the dairyman coexist to achieve excellence in the  production of organic cheeses, ricotta and yogurt.
