Based on our pb3 digitalisation platform, we plan to build and operate a Work-Life grid of buildings and 15-min city services, that give individuals a freedom to design a better life and perform better, while embracing the circular economy.
The pb3 platform consistes of hardware and software components necessary for self-service based operation of commercial properties including marketing, booking, access control, signage, building control, coworking, hotelling, parcel & letter delivery, intercoms, digital food trucks, physical services, billing and reporting.
We build all the components ourselves to achieve high reliability. The platform is also available as a service to landlords or opertors who wish to provide tenant services.
