BIVAXS invests in young, ambitious, and innovative growth stage SaaS software companies. The fund managers are experienced hands-on investors and entrepreneurs, flexible in structuring transactions and uniquely experienced in scaling businesses both nationally and internationally in retail, services, medical, and IT-related markets. The fund managers are available to actively support and contribute, and are able to act quickly (no investment committee environment). Initial investments range from €100,000 to €250,000, with the option for follow-on investments.
