We're with 5 development teams writing software in a hosting company. Our teams are quality first focussed, as in the end: there can't be any lag in the gamer experience. We have a team around the globe making sure we can support our customers 24/7.
We have a quarterly 3-day dev-summit, with all 5 the teams, to increase communication, collaboration in- and between teams. We also use that opportunity to have fun, have dinner(s) and socialize. The rest of the time many devs work from home or hybrid.
We value Diversity and Inclusion (a lot!), we have unlimited study budget, we have a gym (and personal trainer), we care about mental health and we provide our employees with a Work From Home budget to support our hybrid working environment!
