Delmec collect data from all services listed below. Recording all data is important to ensure the client is getting the maximum benefits from these services. • Structural Survey – A fully detailed look at the condition of a tower. This is important to outline any structural weakness in the foundation, steelwork and future capacity. • Equipment Survey – A fully comprehensive look at the Radio/Mobile equipment that is currently on a tower. This gives operators a full understanding of the condition of equipment. • Inventory check – Identifying all current operators that have equipment on the tower. • Maintenance Inspection – Determining what maintenance is required and what tools, materials and labour are required to maintain the tower. • Creation of 3D model of structure – This is viewed through Delmec’s TIMS service. With this service, a full 3D model of a structure can be created, giving Delmec and the client a better insight into the structure. • Review and update as builds – A collection of As Built drawings are drawn up and extensively reviewed by our expert engineers. • Pre-Construction Survey – To establish the condition of the environment around the full site, ensuring all is in line with specifications. • Due Diligence Surveys – Highlighting all aspects of a tower portfolio and all challenges/ risks involved before the project is undertaken
