Delmec provide overall portfolio management which is made possible by our in-house asset management system.
• Asset Management System [TIMS] – Delmec’s own asset management system
gives clear and concise information on each site of the client’s portfolio.
• Equipment Request Management – Managing requests from the client on
what further equipment can currently be added to a tower.
• Portfolio Management – An overarching service that constantly reviews the
client’s tower portfolio.
• Access Management – Access permissions are managed for each site.
• Annual inventory validation – A managed report that is reviewed annually on
all inventory installed on each site.
• Annual maintenance reports with recommendations – Constant review of any
maintenance required on sites and recommendations to ensure full revenue is
acquired.
• MNO contact for advice on installs – We act as the point of contact to advise
mobile network operators (MNO) or their agents on installing their equipment
on the structure. We can assess the agent's competence, H&S, proposed
install solution and advise, supervise and QA – thereby reducing
administration and field staff required by the towerco.
