Mali - Gold (Technical and Managerial Experience)

Aurum Exploration provides managerial and technical services to Compass Gold Corporation on their Sikasso Property located in southern Mali. From an initial independent NI 43-101 technical report, the work has grown to providing technical input relating to a full spectrum of exploration activity on the permits. These vary from target generation to implementing and reviewing data from bedrock drilling. Aurum staff initially reviewed the project as part of a $6 M fundraising on the Toronto Sock Exchange. The work now includes the day to day management of field teams to ensure efficient completion of work programmes, analysis and interpretation of data, project evaluation, reporting and planning work programs on the 854 sq. km land package. • Geochemical sampling (shallow soil, oxide laterite, deep overburden auger sampling) • Target generation studies based on airborne geophysics and remote sensing studies • Monitoring of samples and QAQC programme relating to a 4,500 m air core and RC drilling programme • Reviewing all historic and current data to plan and implement ongoing exploration programmes on nine exploration permits • Acting a Qualified Person (QP) on all news releases.
