DYNASET Hydraulic Pressure Intensifiers provides higher compression force for better efficiency. Manufacturers can use smaller cylinders on their machines without losing compression force. DYNASET HPI Hydraulic pressure intensifier for powering tools, pressure testing etc. increases the hydraulic pressure up to 700 bar with 10 or 60 lpm output flow depending on the model. DYNASET HPIC improves effectivity of drill pipe connection tools, pulverizers, crushers, cutters and other attachments. The pressure intensifier increases the hydraulic pressure to the adjusted pressure value which allows higher compression force of the demolition attachment. HPIC Hydraulic Pressure Intensifier increases cylinder force up to 2.18 times of the hydraulic input pressure or up to 700 bar. The maximum input of hydraulic oil flow is 60, 100, 200 or 300 lpm depending on the model. HPIC is adjustable between 0-700 bars. HPIC is fully automatic power booster without need for control. Extremely compact and simple structure enables high operating reliability. Input pressure and maximum output pressure can be adjusted to a desired value according to work machine’s cylinder structure. HPIC Pressure Intensifier can be installed directly to a cylinder with adapter parts without high pressure hoses. Alternatively HPIC can be installed between hydraulic hoses and located to the most suitable location of a work machine structure. HPIC can be used with speed up valves.
