ZONE Design Build is Streetspace’s specialist design-and-build platform for delivering permanent, high-quality building extensions for education estates. We work with secondary schools, independent schools, trusts and FE colleges that need new space added quickly, predictably and with minimal disruption—whether to relieve capacity pressure, improve SEND provision, or create better social, dining and teaching environments.
