The presentation focuses on the typical workflows that the Chemical Structure Investigation Group applies to support teams in Novartis to understand drug impurities, drug degradation, and investigate Out of Specification cases. From equipment, to protocols and data management tools, the team uses a variety of closely linked tools to manage requests and deliver results. Some 4000+ compounds were isolated and elucidated since the group was first created 12 years ago.
