Elstead Lighting

Elstead Lighting recently celebrated 50 years as a manufacturer and distributor of decorative lighting. In 1969 Elstead had humble origins at the village forge in Surrey. As the business grew, we moved to Alton and Jonathan Lucas took over the family business in 1989 when he renamed it to Elstead Lighting. The business has now become an internationally renowned company supplying to over 50 different countries. 

We are very proud to still have manufacturing skills in-house and look forward to building on this capability. This passion for quality lighting has led Elstead to partnership deals in 2012 with several notable North American lighting brands – Feiss, Hinkley, Quoizel, Flambeau, Kichler, Stiffel and Hunter Ceiling Fans. These contracts have allowed us to swim against the tide in terms of growth as we can offer an extremely varied portfolio of products to our customer base. 

The head office is based in Hampshire, England with subsidiary businesses in Poland and Dubai then further satellite sales offices and several very well established distributer partners. The Elstead collection continues to grow and bring interesting product to market so that we can keep lighting beautiful homes, hotels, coffee bars and restaurants around the world.
