Information

The SPI rack is a modular system for DC current and DC voltage source modules. Modules are designed to maximize output stability. Together with our Galvanically isolated Control Interface and Isolated power supply ground loops are avoided and interference (like 50 Hz) is minimized. One SPI Rack combines up to 11 dedicated DC Current and DC Voltage sources. Per single 3U chassis, up to 176 output channels can be fitted. All modules in the SPI Rack are controlled by our SPI C1b Galvanically Isolated Controller which is easily connected to your host pc via USB and controlled with our available Python and QCoDeS drivers. The SPI C1b Isolated control module is designed for controlling up to 11 DC Current or DC Voltage source modules per rack. Galvanic isolation blocks interference from its host pc to come in via the C2 isolator. The C2 is the only clocked element in the system to avoid noise injection within the biasing modules.
