MAbQi supplies human monoclonal antibody leads to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, with a view to their development and marketing for therapeutic or diagnostic applications. To that end, MAbQi’s mission is to generate antibody hits developed to match customer specifications and, at lead validation, to transfer the lead antibody sequence along with full ownership and exclusive rights for the customer to carry on its drug development.
MabqiMabqi (formerly iMAb Labs) has developed rationally engineered human antibody libraries in order to provide customers with proprietary human therapeutic antibodies possessing predefined function and excellent developability. Mabqi has constructed phage display libraries employing Fab or full-length IgG formats. Mabqi has also developed unique libraries to provide customers with antibodies possessing pH-dependent binding properties.  Mabqi applies different business models to fit the needs of all customers including fee-for-service or milestones/royalty-based packages. A list of current and past customers includes Servier, ADCT Therapeutics, Eutilex, R-Pharm, MedXCellNKar and Domain Therapeutics.
