Junior Sister Cardiac Cath Lab

Are you a Staff nurse ready to take up the challenge of the next level of nursing as a Junior Sister or Charge Nurse? The Cardiac Catheter Lab at King’s College Hospital is seeking an experienced Cardiology Nurse to join our experienced multidisciplinary team. We are one of London’s busiest cardiac tertiary centres with a 24/7 PAMI service pathway that provides an exemplary service for our community and wider areas. We carried out a wide range of procedure including structural heart; coronary intervention; Electrophysiology and CRM. We also participate in live broadcast of procedures to conferences; and provides various courses to visiting international Consultants. Our department consists of four labs including a hybrid facility, 2 recovery areas and 2 day case bays. As part of the of the Kings Health Partners group we are committed to high quality innovative research programmes and have been involved in pioneering procedures such as TAVI, coronary sinus stenting and shock wave therapy. We are an innovative department, with a strong relationship with our research team, which makes our department an interesting and exciting place to work. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse that is ready to develop both their clinical and management skills. The successful candidate will be well supported by both the unit managers and matron as well as receiving a warm welcome from the whole Cath lab MDT.
