Outpatient Manager | Outpatient | Band 7 dependent on experience | Regency – Macclesfield | Full Time, No Nights. Spire Regency have an exciting opportunity for an Outpatient Manager to join their existing team. This role would suit an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and looking for the next step in their career, or has had experience in a Leadership role and has aspirations in developing their management experience. The Spire Regency Hospital in Macclesfield, Cheshire opened in 1991 and has a full multi-disciplinary medical team onsite. We practice some of the most advanced treatments on the latest generation imaging and diagnostic technology. This means we can offer everything from screening and rehabilitation through to leading-edge surgical procedures across a range of specialist fields like orthopaedics, cosmetics and general surgery -all delivered through our expert and caring clinical teams. We have a breast cancer support group and the hospital is accredited by BUPA as a centre of excellence for breast cancer, colon cancer and bowel cancer services and a BUPA approved diagnostic service for gynaecological cancers Duties and responsibilities: • Lead and manage the provision of Outpatient Services • Work with the wider team to develop the Outpatient Services. • Manage the Outpatient Services in line with Spire key performance indicators and clinical score card standards. • Ensure that OPD staff are compliant with mandatory training and competencies. • Ensure that OPD staff have EE appraisals. • Oversee compliance with Spire policy for point of care testing in OPD.
