Moon Crossing, Bridge Reader

Bridging the gap between learning to read and reading to learn, Moon Crossing, Bridge Reader, is the second of Cathy's fantasy adventures specifically created for weaker readers. It is another fast-paced medieval adventure with huge dogs, based on Cathy's Irish Wolfhounds, wraithe wolves, heroes, villains... oh, and a dragon or two! This time centred around a rescue of one of the key characters, this tale too is very much gender neutral, which a lot of schools particularly like. Again, this is a proper story - just told in a language that is accessible to those still working on their reading with illustrations to scaffold the story.
